LIVINGWELL THERAPIES was created by Miles Taylor in 2004 and is the synthesis of over 15 years practice and study in holistic therapies.

MASSAGE

Hands-on treatment for immediate pain relief for back pain, neck issues, asthma, chronic fatigue, high blood pressure, RSI, tennis-elbow, frozen shoulder, stroke. (see Mama.)

RELAXATION

The No 1 cause of illness and disease is "stress." Our immune systems are weakened by being "triggered" too often, as a response to stress. Drawing on ancient techniques from Taoist and Vedic tradition, and the latest in contemporary brain science, Living Well will give you simple techniques to reduce stress and increase your stress capacity. Learn "the power of breath", "the inner smile", "the craving buster", visualisation techniques and other tools to transform your life.

LOSE WEIGHT

Lose weight- yet eat what you like! A lot of people battle with food, setting up unhealthy attitudes and practices. Living Well will help you make peace with that, and lose weight by listening to the wisdom of your body. You can eat what you want, as long as you enjoy every mouthful! Also, simple exercises to speed up metabolism, and burn fat and calories, will be shared.

SMOKING

Can you kick it? Yes you can! Living Well focuses on retraining habit and imagination to give up smoking, e.g. simple techniques such as "the craving buster." Look back on the time you used to smoke as a dim and distant memory.

MOTIVATION
