Based on 15 years experience (see About Miles Taylor) as a remedial massage therapist and yoga practitioner (see Yoga), Miles devises training regimens for optimum health. Age, lack of fitness, or lack of physical confidence, are no obstacle to participation. The majority of Miles' clients have come for medical or injury related reasons.

After an initial consultation Miles will devise a program for your needs and desires. The initial consultation will include a comprehensive health assessment. (see Living Well Therapies.)

Each consultation thereafter consists of an exercise class, followed by a massage treatment, in his Hampstead clinic.

TOP TIPS

  1. WATER! Most people are dehydrated, with profound effects on their health. A person should drink 2 litres of water (without any additives) each day.
  2. WALK! Walking is the best exercise. Walk for 20-30 minutes, three times a week, and your health will improve.
  3. WEEKLY! Weekly treatments will help keep you at optimum well-being.
