Perhaps the most profound benefit is stress reduction, and the quietening of the mind. Develop effective strategies for using your breath to relax your body in stressful situations and calm your mind during trying times.

Learn how to enhance your sexual pleasure, develop your concentration, and cultivate inner peace.

Use safe and easily learned techniques to treat asthma, depression, eating disorders, insomnia, pain, fatigue, headaches, and to quit smoking.

Improve athletic performance, and much more.

Miles guides the client through an exploration of a specific movement theme, to bring awareness through movement. The movement is both gentle and small, in order to reduce discomfort and to refine attention. You learn at your own rate, organically, by following your sensations of comfort and ease.

"Knowledge more secret than the science of breath, wealth more useful than the science of breath, a friend more true than the science of breath, has never been seen or heard of."
